Career Highlights

With over 15 years of experience in commercial property management, Robert has been instrumental in guiding clients through acquisitions, dispositions, investment planning, and complex budgeting. His expertise extends to investment analysis, multi-year CAPEX budgeting, financing, and working on distressed assets. As the former Director of Property Management for a prominent Las Vegas brokerage, Robert oversaw a vast portfolio of 170+ commercial properties totaling over 12 million square feet and valued over $2 billion. Known for his approachable nature and dedication to team empowerment, Robert fosters a positive work environment that drives exceptional customer service at Copper Creek Commercial.

Education & Personal

As a Las Vegas resident since 1994, Robert has deep roots in the community, having attended primary, secondary, and high school at the Las Vegas Academy. He continued his education at UNLV Lee Business School and the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, earning degrees in Real Estate and Finance. Robert's dedication to professional excellence is evident through his achievement of the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as his past role as President of IREM Las Vegas Chapter 99. Outside of his professional pursuits, Robert is a proud husband to his wife Nathalie and a loving father to his daughter Zoe.
